Would be a good advertising opportunity right there for someone, the hill sponsor.

Sorry, I cannot support this nonsense. #TeamHillNoBush

Gotta have a landing strip for the balls to land on.

Damn you! I just pictured kids sliding down the landing strip.

Does anyone know if you can get from the premium seating area (club level) to the other areas – hill, lower bowl food, etc?

We just got the email about Club Level seats only entering through one entrance and they’re giving wristbands for entry.

If we can’t get my kids down to the hill we might as well stay home

There is a door that goes from Premium area to regular concourse.

Or you can pass through the Ragin Cajun store.

Overall, I think the new side of the stadium is beautiful, and I only have 2 complaints

  1. The bathrooms are way too small. Only 7 or 8 urinals and 2 stalls per bathroom with only one entry and exit point. Miss
  2. The mesh seats are comfortable to sit in, but they are gonna be torn up by years end, and when you stand to allow someone to pass they don’t rest against the seat back enough to allow easy passage. That’s a big fail

Agreed restrooms are small. However, there was never a long wait so no issues for my crew.

The size of the seats are disappointing. I was hoping they would be similar to the baseball stadium. The mesh is comfortable, but there’s no leg room. You have to stand to let someone through.

Music sucked, unless you’re a rap music fan. Volume was too freaking loud and lasted too long, sometimes up to the snap of the ball. I hope CMD complains!

No leg room in bleacher seats, sec 126 either. Uncomfortable, disappointing.

I sure hope someone turns the volume down! It is more than annoying, it is really too loud and uncomfortable; I saw several people, young and old, covering their ears. I don’t like rap but any genre would still be painstaking at that volume level!

Week 2 Review:

Entry was quick & easy. Concessions ran smooth again. Tried the alligator sausage dog this week and it was pretty good.

PA, band, & DJ made mistakes once again. I know the game announcements & music are all planned before hand. However, know the flow of the game & don’t try an announcement honoring the 2005 team when it’s not even a timeout. Only complaint on band/DJ was once again playing while we’re on offense. Understand the game and when you’re supposed to play & when you’re supposed to be quiet.

And take Swag Surfin off the playlist. The fact that the Falcons play the song should have it banned already. That’s almost as bad as playing Sweet Caroline.

Have not gotten to explore the whole stadium. I know it’s a running joke, but are there any banners/graphics acknowledging bowls and championships?

Still a running joke…

I agree the timing of the music and band are still off specifically when we have the ball. I’ll add that the McNeese band played constantly and it seemed to make our band play more than normal to compete with them or at least attempt to drown them out. Not complaining on that per se as it added tremendously to the in game atmosphere

Fortunately that led to significantly less pipes in music overall

Edit: I did find it amusing (and partially annoying) when McNeese’s band would have exaggerated super long horn notes at the end of their songs and hold them as long as they possibly could before our team snapped the ball …. They actually seemed to understand the flow of the game instead of trying to be a concert band. Kudos to Mcneese for that. Hopefully our band/ band director took some notes
