Our Lady of Lourdes - Inaugural Season

LaSt fans

thanks for the offer, they are supposed to be mailing it tomorrow but made me send an email that said they wouldnt reisue if they didnt get there. They wouldn’t understand that a lot of people come from out of town and pick up that is inside the paid parking area on game day doesn’t work and they are to apathetic to come up with a solution.

This school is worse than the dmv

Yup, and the lights are full color changing and are integrated with the field lighting controls.

It will at some point. The electrical rough-ins are there to move the ribbon board under the club level seats. Unknown at this point whether they will move it after the ‘25 season or as part of the East side demo (date TBD).

The ribbon board should stay where the majority of the fans will see it, which is right where it is.

The light poles being in front of the ribbon board makes me want to kick kittens

Not gonna happen

Uber Question: anyone know what is the closest that an Uber driver can get to the stadium on a game day? A friend has a temp mobility issue (no handicap sticker on car) and from out of town, so no season tix or parking pass. He can get around ok just can’t walk a long distance.

I’ve been dropped off on Reinhardt by the soccer stadium before. The cops just let the uber pull up, you get out and they pull a u-turn and hit the road.

Looking at single game tickets for Rice game - do we think it’s best to sit in the new chairbacks and check out the new home side, or buy at the 50 of the visitors side and get the view of the new stadium and lights while watching the game with a possible funner crowd ? Want to be in the section with the best atmosphere too and deciding between sides

Best atmosphere? Safer bet is probably visitor side. I only had season tickets on home side twice (during Hud years) and always felt bad for standing up during third downs and big moments (was also asked to sit down). Have gotten cheap seats season tickets ever since. Maybe I was just in the wrong spot both of those years.

Maybe one day I’ll go sit in comfort on the home side again.

BTW, Ragin Review boys are putting together a plan to give away some rich people tickets before the home slate is done this year. When it’s all worked out, I’ll let you guys know. Maybe we can incorporate it into the golf outing in Mobile @Localyokel
