Last night was sautéed speckled trout with a butter, lemon, white wine crab meat sauce, served with a little shrimp alfredo.

Picked up some Chuch’s for lunch. They opened that Louisiana Classic right by my house, but I’ll go the extra 15 out of my way for some chicken that’s actually seasoned. Should’ve known better when it was North LA people hyping it up.

That’s my hot take for the day: church’s spicy puts the other fast food chicken spots to shame.
