Gonna fry some shrimps and whole flounders this afternoon/evening for dinner. May have to do it in the garage to keep out of the rain.

Had Judice Inn for lunch. Now sitting next to the tailgate spot sipping a beer waiting for volleyball.

Rooster okra gumbo tonight. Gueydan style. My cousin brought me a couple roosters from the mother country!!!

Nothing like it.

Made a hen sauce piquant for some company a few weeks ago and it just hits different.

Ate it before I thought about posting here. Breakfast tacos from Deuces in Broussard are delicious.

I saw a FB post by Aristos this morning, and now I’m craving Poseidon’s land chops served over a bed of shrimp alfredo.

I’ve been using/eating Maison Bordier butter and it’s an absolute life changer. Regardless of what butter of theirs you choose, I assure you, you will love it!
