What’s on the menu tomorrow? I normally try to cook something with ties to the mascot but I’m not cooking a bobcat. However, we did have a dead one magically appear at our playoff game against Erath last season.
I’m going simple with stuff I can eat during the week.
Burgers, Hot Dogs, Boudin, Sausage
Thinking of smoking some pork steaks and beef ribs. I’ll need to see what looks good at the butcher.
Update: Picked up three large pork steaks and a 2 rack pack of beef finger ribs. Seasoning today, smoking tomorrow. Gonna also throw some corn on the cobs, seasoned with lemon pepper, in the barrel as well.
