Should be every freakin tailgate. Doesn’t even have to be the same food in each tent.
Get Gerald Greunig to be the judge, get KLFY to feature it.. Let tailgate spots bring in “celebrity” chef consultants from local restaurants, etc.
and make the prize something awesome like a WWE style championship belt that you get to wear to every game until you get beat

Parking is at the light center and you have to haul your stuff to your spot. Administration is expecting a large following of ULM fans and need all the extra parking inside of Cajun Field. Special 1 day passes are going for $20 per person in each vehicle. Individual cashless payments required upon entry.

Yo fellow assholes, yall may need to check on my Saturday to make sure I can still function.
Plan to set camper in morning Friday. Leave around noon for Sterlington. Get back to camper around 2 am. Nap a few hours. Up around 5:30 to start cooking at 6 am Saturday.
