It’s not a cell service problem, it’s a congestion problem. Too many AT&T customers in one spot, etc.
Lafayette had always struggled with this and the school cant do anything about it

That’s semantics.
If non sufficient cell coverage has been a long time problem that the school knows about but can’t do anything about then why the hell are they promoting a digital program download at the game?
My biggest gripe as well was the poor wifi service. Seemed worse than ever.
I think that’s something being done with the east side renovation if I remember hearing
I know I am old but the music was entirely too loud. The choice of music is also questionable. Why have 90% of the music directed to people who do not actually attend the games? Feels like a monster truck event. Whoever runs the music needs to pay attention to the game and shut the music off when we are in the huddle not after the ball is snapped. I am a former player and I go to be entertained by the game being played not by pizza races, kicks for cash or loud music. OK OK get off my lawn! LOL
The whole DJ playing the music in the student section is a joke. You got a hot1079 guy with zero ties to this university controlling the gameday music. Horrible music selection, nothing to get you hyped up. Everything else was great though.
I had no problem with getting thru the metal detectors around 6:00. Now the guy trying to bring in a pocket knife as a “tool”, he probably has a different story. Can we please bring back the beer hawkers? I miss my boy Dwayne.
The premium area was fantastic. Food selection was great! WiFi in the suites was a nice addition. Suite attendant’s were very attentive to any needs we had. Overall A+
The music selection sucked, the volume was too loud, DJ controlling what and when we hear is stupid. I’m a half foot away from staying home. People with fingeres in their ears or using tissue to keep the noise level down are obvious clues. I brought 3 folks to the game and they won’t be back due to the noise levels. That’s not attracting new fans!
I sat in the south endzone so I really didn’t hear the music that much but you would think that they would have installed speakers throughout the home side vs a single source on north end zone. This had been a complaint for years now
You can’t even have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. It’s like they have the volume set for a 100k seat stadium. There are only 15k people in the stadium, Tuna. WTF, man?!
Year, I’m sure the premium area was great. fack you, you Bougie fack
Only disappointment was they don’t have the past championships won listed on the stadium.
I agree. I was complaining to my son about that. Why aren’t all the conferences championship years listed? So much blank canvas!
That’s a great point. I forgot about that.
When we asked why no banners were hung after Napier, we were all told the banners would be hung in the new stadium. Where are they?
Probably somewhere we can’t afford to see them ![]()

You can only see them if you pay for the premium experience
I’m with you Slick….I’m done. The same shit that doesn’t get fixed year after year.
I’m beginning to think some of yall will never be happy with what goes on. The only problem with last Saturday was the product on the field.
I had zero problem last weekend as well other than the product on the field. I showed more heart hollering from the stands than the players did on the field.
For me the new stadium is no more than driving through River Ranch or Sugarmill Pond. Pretty from the outside. Have no need to go inside. Guess I’m just not built that way. Those things are not important to me. Glad its important to others. Hope they enjoy it.
