Deport the illegals who aren’t contributing anything, and especially those who have a rap sheet that our justice system has failed to jail. Or if you’ve been nothing but a perpetual drain on our welfare and hospital systems for years with no real job, time to go. Leave alone the ones who have been here 20 years landscaping yards and being a contributing member of their communities. Get them on the books so they pay taxes, make them ineligible for welfare for X amount of years, but then let them keep contributing.
I agree with most of President Trump’s policies, but Trump the man is an immature teenage girl. He always needs to be the center of attention, and he seems to get offended as easily as the blue haired non-binary lefties.
I’m glad he’s President rather than Biden or Harris, but the fact those were our two choices at the end speaks volumes about our electorate. I wrote in Zeebart this past time at the polls.
We should have a law that once you turn 80 years old, upon your birthday, if you are in the federal legislative, executive or judicial branch, all your shit is boxed up and you are escorted out. Every single one. At least that would give us a President Vance in another year. I think I could roll with him.
80 is too old for me. 70 should be the maximum. Too many politicians have accumulated massive wealth by screwing hard-working Americans and are completely out of touch with their needs.

But when you vote, you have to pick a side or you don’t vote. Some issues by the left are beyond the pale and letting boys play against girls is one of them.
Regarding the “Ice” subject, where was the call to close the borders when Joe Biden was in charge? Why did they let in millions of people, some of which were known criminals and terrorists. Ice has the job to clean up the mess created by the prior admin. Or, are the Democrats here OK with our tax dollars going to cover the cost of EBT cards, welfare, Medicaid etc. etc. to people that just rushed our border and haven’t paid a dime in taxes? I worked overseas 22 years in 6 different countries and in every one I had to go thru a strong vetting process to to get a work permit and pay local taxes. How can we, a nation in tremendous debt, afford to take on millions of people, the majority of which lack a decent education and have their hand out on day 1. The only rationale that makes sense is they were let in to put another segment of the population on government welfare to secure more votes for the Dim party because they were losing their support due to their move to the hard left.
Guys, this was never about Israel. I, too am not a fan of the Israel lobby, but what we’re doing in South America, Greenland and Iran are all tied together. It’s all about stopping China and Russia and making sure Iran never gets a nuke.

I don’t disagree with any of that. But why does the ICE thing feel performative? Why are we hiring uber drivers and line cooks to do these jobs and barely training them? How in holy hell can we support a fed vigilante group who operates with total immunity? (That’s an extremely anti-American ideal btw)
A couple examples: Trump admin says Biden let in 12-15 million illegals in 4 years. Assuming that number is correct, why have only ~400k been deported in over a year? Just in Louisiana, there was an operation with the National Guard that we were told would result in 5k arrests of criminal illegal immigrants. They arrested 375 people, packed up and left.
Why has the H1-B visa program not been shut completely down if we’re “overrun” with foreign nationals in our universities?
I will give him the credit for closing down the borders, which I believe needed to be done. But short of that, we haven’t even begun to see what he ran on. A lot of it is performative.
Our intelligence said that Iran wasn’t close to having a nuke. That intelligence was ignored in favor of Israel’s. According to Israel, Iran has been weeks away from destroying the world for the last 30 years…it’s simply not true. If you believe that you probably still believe the lie that Saddam had WMDs. If we’d begin to mind our own busy, the world would be a better place.

Netanyahu has been to the White House 5 times in a year. Iran has been at the center of each visit. You had the former SoS Pompeo saying Israeli assets were stoking tensions in the streets of Iran; you had Israeli TV stations admitting Mossad was involved in the “bloodshed” in several cities during the protests and Iranian journalists reporting that protesters were caught with Israeli weapons.
All these casualties you’re hearing about in western media? Most of them are Israeli insurgence cells that rose up in the last few weeks, expecting the US to strike Iran. The regime is not (in large part) killing its people. That’s war propaganda. The people of Iran are against toppling their government, broadly speaking.
This is all about Israeli dominance in the region and the 7 country strategy.
