Yeah, right. Would you walk away from a million dollar job knowing the school can’t afford to fire you? He loves financial stability for his family WAY more than his love for UL. If not, he’s dumber than I thought.

That $25 million deficit that the university is staring down makes firing Dez a non-starter. Firing Dez and hiring a coach and the necessary staff to get us back to competing at the level we were at with Napier would require millions of dollars. We would need donors to step up in a major way and frankly most are likely tapped out from donating to the stadium. Dez is our reality for the foreseeable future.

I call BULLSHIT…. I am the one who STARTED the Football Fan Page years ago and Dez’s wife IS THE ONE 2 seasons ago who PUT ME OVER THE EDGE! I gave up my admin rights the same evening.

Oh no my husband makes a million dollars a year as a state employee . Sometimes people are critical of his job woe is me !
