It’s coach speak from Drink. I can appreciate that. I wish Coach Des gave us more coach speak to limit discussion of our game plan. Keep them guessing!

If opposing coaches are watching Dez’s press conferences to gameplan then we’ve already won.
Unfortunately Coach Des during the interview looked like a man searching for answers…. The only way we will compete with the big boys is if we have a dual threat QB that runs the spread option well and can throw like an average college QB…. Like Grayson McCall did… in this NIL world that means get a good one in a system and prepare to find a new QB each year…. If you run the spread option you can run many different plays out of 1 formation so it gives you more options to build up a less complex playbook.

What I’ve heard several times is his grasp of the playbook is an issue.
