Coach Q and the basketball team walked around the tailgate yesterday. It was great to see them interact with fans. They seemed hyped up about the upcoming season.

I remember when Hud went to most basketball games prior to his 1st season. Really helped with the outreach and getting people into the stands.
Well we are a basketball school, despite what some people might try to tell you.
Even with that team, he could not finish higher than 3rd in the SBC. Marlin was a decent recruiter, but a garbage coach.

Yes they were wearing their 12K Club shirts. It was great to see the basketball team and coach at the game. This goes a long way!

The players came by the Ragin Review tailgate and we talked with them for a bit. They seem to be really excited about the season.

I believe we will have a really really good season and if the team stays together and recruits keep happening next year has a chance to be very special. Never know about this year depending on how quick they gell

Definitely not holding my breath. I’m looking forward to basketball as a 1st time season ticket holder. We have asked for this for a long time. Finally got what we asked for so I’m supporting.
All I am hoping for is a winning season.

I’ve had people I respect and I KNOW know the game tell me practice is as intense as they’ve ever seen at any program. When the rebounder club folks are running around saying practice is “too hard” on the players and going to “get them hurt,” I know we’re headed in the right direction.

I love it! Damn you MAT. Dont get us to excited just yet. 
The 30 sec clip or so that was post on X yesterday was a breath of fresh air. Lay ups with intensity! How many lay ups and dunks did we miss in the last however many years? That gets my blood boiling just like bad tackling.
Nobody should listen to any of my hype after what I said about football this year. Never been more wrong about anything ever.
