Finishing my day with a classic. It’s been one of those days where I needed some guitars riffs.

Taking over for the 99 and 2000… :joy:

If anyone is looking for something to do Sat night as is a fan of 90s/2000s grunge/rock, Whiskey Tales in Henderson is the place to be that night.

Chasing The Hourglass (local band) is playing. They are honestly the best grunge/rock cover band I have ever heard. It’s a great time when they are on stage.

Now that’s a topic for discussion. Who had the best verse on Protect Ya Neck? RZA is tough to beat with “Turn the other cheek and I’ll break your fuckin chin.”

Ha. I’m partial to Rza “It’s ten o’clock, hoe, where the fack’s your seed at?”

Best would have to be Rza or Deck. The popping is classic.

How did I not know about this.. Thank you.

Hope to see you Sat night. Its going to be a great time. Always is when Chasing the Hourglass is on stage.

Checked this out and liked it.

Owen is the solo project for Mike Kinsella of American Football. This one is my favorite of his. Great indie singer/songwriter record.

Interesting Jazz Album this morning.

Going to check this out. Willie has 2 albums nominated for a Grammy. Both are great. Last Leaf on the Tree and Oh What a Beautiful World.

I have not listened to those but will check them out.

New Edwin McCain. Not super popular in the 90s but had a couple big hits. I’ve always been a fan and always forget how great of a songwriter he was. I would go as far as saying he might be the best singer songwriter of the 90s era.
