So say is being suspended for three games. Anyone have any Intel if that is true?
Hopefully he punched one of his coworkers in the face.
Not exactly sure what he could do in his position to warrant a suspension.
Now that’s something that could warrant a suspension. Didn’t think of that
Obviously I’m being somewhat hyperbolic, but a veteran leader like that should light a fire under his coworkers’ ass in this situation.
Program really falling apart when Dr. Wingerter is being suspended for 3 games. These are the dark days folks… and there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. We’re stuck here for at least the next 2-3 years.
Hearing he could be fired. Time will tell.
What happened
Can we get some actual info instead of this RaginPagin “I know something” BS?
If me or someone else had info we would have shared it.
Building the wrong fence
This is what I dont understand…
There is no 2-3 years from now where we are suddenly semi-relevant again…
UL’s recipe – in all sports – has been to sneak enough upper classmen into a good team and flirt with contention every 2 or 3 years…
In the current college landscape, those players will be long gone before they ever reach upper classmen status
Any update to this thRED?
RaginDave posted on RP an encounter he had some time back that doesn’t appears to flattering.
I would think that encounter is totally separate from this current situation.
Troy should be assaulting his coworkers, not fans.
Said encounter was “2 years ago”. Again, seriously doubt that has anything to do with this current situation.
Agree it absolutely doesn’t. Was just interesting/disappointing to read. That’s my only thought.
Interesting read for sure. I’m sure we could dedicate an entire thRED to “encounters with public figures”. I’d have at least one on top of my head to share. I’m sure many others would as well.
Does not have anything to do with conduct directed towards another individual. As someone else noted the suspension started prior to the McNeese game. To my knowlede there is no timetable. This isn’t punishment it is a suspension while under investigation and he wasn’t the only one. More of an accounting/funding issue and I’ll leave it at that.
