Anyone else headed to Mobile Saturday? We are going to drive in early Saturday morning and “game prep” somewhere. Any ideas close to campus?
Also, I’ve never been to Hancock Whitney Stadium. Where to park?

As for tickets, anyone know what section(s) for Cajun fans?
If you review the last few minutes of our interview with JT Crabtree last night, he gives recommendations for Cajun fans making the trip.
on university ave, gate 6 is available for 25 dollars, must buy pass online, cant buy a pass at the gate. if you plan on tailgating, there is a bathroom on the lot. you also get free bus service to and from the game. you will be tailgating with s. al fans. never saw any cajun fans in that area. to tailgate with ul fans, enter through gate 8 and park in the lot on the left side. i’ve cooked with propane on that lot many times, if you were planning on that. you will have to walk to the bathroom that is in lot 6, about a quarter mile walk. no bus service for gate 8. fyi, its a long walk to the stadium from lot 8, up and down small hills. as far as a ticket, just get the cheapest ticket you can get and you can sit anywhere you like, outside the student section. some ul fans gravitate to the southeast endzone near the beer garden while others go to the second level and sit upstairs. to the best of my knowledge, there arent any nearby watering holes. if that is what you want to do before the game, you might have to go to st. louis st or dauphin st. hope this helps.
what time is the game tomorrow, Ive been tied up all week and haven’t even looked
2:30
Mobile?
The only reason for me to be in Mobile is because it’s on my way to the Beach.
How was the trip?
Word on the street is that @trULycajun didnt join the South Al fans on the top of the stadium. Very disappointing.
That I did NOT
It was good. Winning the game helps. Tailgated a little in Lot 6, walked 1/2 mile to the game. be careful there as walking on campus with an open container is a no no. USA has a nice little erector set stadium. After the game, went down to Dauphin St downtown. Good food at Roosters Tacos & Tequila.
