Uniforms are black helmets, white jersey, black pants. I hope they don’t look as bad in person as they do in the promo material.

Regardless of how they look, Cajuns roll.

Want this W bad so we can play for a bowl vs. ULM

A-State has plenty of motivation heading in after barely losing last week and knowing they play spoiler tonight. They should be able to generate offense against our struggling defense, especially with the suspensions. Cajuns rank near the bottom nationally in scoring defense (115), yards per play allowed (110), and defensive stop rate (113). We also struggle to get off the field on third down and have been vulnerable to both the pass and the run all damn season.

Cajuns - 24
A-State - 35

These are gross, right? Or is that just me?

Our best black helmets in a while. Don’t love the uniforms, and no clue why we’d trot them out against a team with red and black as their main colors.

They look like A-state’s uniform, maybe we are doing that to confuse them.

Why must we listen to that garbage music?

The Ambassador with the dance…:joy:

Cajuns win 28-21. A strong, 3-headed rushing attack paired with bad weather play into the Cajuns favor. Cajuns hold ASU to less than 200 yards passing, and less than 100 rushing. ALLONS!

For real, did they not consult with the home team for uniforms? Just bizarre that only the jersey colors are different

Devin Spencer Arkansas State Rushing 71 yards, 1 TD
Jordan Lawson Louisiana Defense 5 tackles (4 solo), 1 TFL, 1 QB hurry

For my stat nerds. Just win, baby!

Louisiana had 10 more penalties than Arkansas State last night. Since 2001, the Cajuns have played 310 games.

This 10-penalty difference is the second largest in favor of a Cajun opponent and the largest in a Cajun conference game.

The only bigger difference was in 2019 at Ohio, when Louisiana had 11 more penalties—but that game was officiated by a MAC crew.
