What yall thinking about Coastsl and JMU jobs?
I can see Billy fitting in well at Coastal and JMU has as least done well hiring lower level coaches. Someone like Mike Jacob’s from Mercer fits.
If Billy goes to Coastal after the BS they pulled in 2020 he will be dead to this fanbase

I think he deserved a raise and 1 more year for improving off the previous 2 seasons. It’s the length that’s the problem. Coaches should be taken care of for good results.

Out of all the open jobs, Coastsl is best fit for him.
UNT’s AD should get fired for malpractice if he hires Napier. Move from a highly successful air raid system to Napiers, would cause a riot at UNT.
Tulane will have a lot of interest and Napier just doesn’t feel right there. Same for Memphis.
I could see a scenario with Jerry Mack from Kennesaw getting Memphis job and Billy getting KSU job.

That, and there should have never been a buyout clause allowed. Dez wasn’t going to turn down the head coaching job just because we said no to a buyout for early termination. Whomever negotiated/agreed to that on our end wouldn’t make it as a negotiator in the real world.

That and a $600,000 buyout for Fish in his 15th year should be all the evidence needed to prove that the person negotiating these contracts isn’t cut out for the gig.
