Just thinking back to when I was a kid in the 70s and 80s as a young sports fan, everything, every game just seemed so much more special.

Only 2 or 3 (if you were lucky) NFL games on a Sunday.

Monday night baseball.

Reading the Sports page every morning to see who won the other games.

There is something very special about delayed gratification. We appreciated and looked forward to so much.

“The primary driver of this move hasn’t been money, but rather access for at-large bids for power conferences.”

…sure.

Don’t like it. Just a way to get more undeserving P4 teams in the big dance and increase revenue for the P4 conferences. Will not help the mid major teams. You will see P4 teams with .500 or below conference records get in. What a joke.

College athletics is a complete joke and sham

Dumb. Reduce it back to 64.
