Why is the McNeese mid week a 3pm first pitch?
Not sure, but I think I remember it has something to do with the following weekend travel. Kinda ridiculous. Just glad I’m off that day
I want to say we also play there at 3 pm later in the year
Cant be travel. They go to Lamar and we go to Mobile. Both easy drives.
Anyone find out why the early start?
We asked to move the game when we play in Lake Charles to 3 pm due to travel going to JMU so they asked us for the same this week.

It’s actually probably better that it is moved up because right now the weather looks like it could be getting bad in the evening. A 3:00 start is much more likely to get the game in than a 6:00 start based on some of the weather models I’ve looked at.
The game has been postponed due to threat of bad weather.
I’m okay with this game being moved. It allows us to focus our attention on a talented South AL, and gives our bullpen a rest as well.
Plus, the 3pm start… I wasn’t gunna be there anyway

We must remember that even if the game could have been played & been over with before the rain got here, Mcneese would still have to drive home in possible serious weather conditions.
