This team is so unserious about playing baseball.
Colt Brown was hitting .350 just a few weeks ago and is now down to .290. Top to bottom, one of the more impressive displays of a total crumble I’ve ever witnessed. How does an entire team just tank so bad?
Team wide implosion
Doing nothing well right now. Last night we let the game winning run go first to home because of an error and nobody covering home plate. Multiple chances to score and didn’t. Gave up yet another crucial home run.
Today we had our starting pitcher stand on the mound on a ball hit to the right side. Couldn’t make a play because nobody is at the bag. Yet another picked off baserunner. We’re down 3 and finally have some momentum…what are we even doing?
This team looks like a bunch of freshmen trying to learn the game. Even the upper class guys look out of place. I blame coaching for the lack of preparation and the players for the lack of focus and execution.
At this point, I have zero expectations. Anything positive is a plus.
