He did this by upping cost instead of growing the fan base. Which is having the opposite effect.

24-24 with a 10 win season. We will go into year 5 of his tenure with a sub .500 record.
Des has the same issue Billy has. He is a bad play caller who is too arrogant to hire a real offensive coordinator.
Tim Leger’s son already abandoned our school by going to a rival. Time to send Tim with him. If we can’t afford a new head coach, we at least need a real offensive coordinator.

We know Des isn’t going anywhere but if we don’t see huge changes to offensive coaching staff it will tell us all we need to know.

I hated it but gave it a chance. Wanted it to work but it was obvious that he was in over his head. From the beginning if he hired an OC, things could have been different.
You can reduce it by 25% if Maggard is no longer there.
That’s in the case that Des breaks the contract. I’m not too worried about anyone scooping him up at the moment.
