Of course he has an opinion but he doesnt make the schedule.
If Maggard gives him two choices, they will go with Mike’s pick…….and please dont get it twisted, I support Mike Desormeaux.
When someone gives you a choice between their 2 options, it was already their decision.

Anyone who thinks Mike is playing tougher schedules than Bustle did is already too far gone to see any type of reason. That’s my point.

The only reason he will stay employed here is because the admin likes 6-7 seasons.

There’s vaildity in saying conference schedule is tougher today, but OOC is alot easier now.
Our own AD came on our show and said this exact same thing, bar for bar.
By the numbers, we are playing some of the weakest schedules in program history. Des era average SOS is ~113 out of 136.

It’s also not as good as the one Napier coached in.
That could be debated.
thats debatable..bustle SBC era to now is not.
Seeing Tulane go to the Playoffs and us be happy about 6-6 really pisses me off. It’s bad enough that TSAB takes most of the attention from the state but competing with Tulane and their money is another level that puts us behind.
But hey “8th straight bowl game”
