Tough schedule
Under. I’m hoping for 30. It’s going to be tough.
Under, but hoping I’m proved wrong.
Over..think we finish around 35 wins in regular season.
34 wins

I tend to be an optimist, but something tells me this season is going to be a surprise in a good way. I might be in the minority, but I like Deggs when he feels like there’s something to prove. Now the record will not be extraordinary, the sunbelt is going to be an extremely good conference with Coastal, Southern Miss, and Troy getting Omaha buzz. But I just get the feeling that we will see the Cajuns near the top when all is said and done. Hope I am right.
I don’t see us being any better than last year. Too many things would have to go right for us, which never happens.
Give me the under.
Too many uncertainties with the pitching staff. There are two guys who have proven themselves in previous years, and then a whole bunch of guys we know little to nothing about, other than what we’ve heard from fall ball. I expect the offense to be about the same, maybe a bit better, with a healthy Drew Markle and additions like Donovan Lasalle and Rigo Hernandez. I think 32 is right around the number we’ll finish at.
I might be crazy but I see us making the big tournament
I feel like everybody is saying we will be just as bad as last year just so they are not disappointed again. Since last year all you heard before the season was how great we were going to be. So yeah ill probably take the route of we are not going to be that great this year also.
Enjoy!
From a proven commodity standpoint, we’re basically in the same position as last year just with older guys. Roman and Pruitt, might turnout to be studs but if you’re taking about pitchers with skins on the wall, we don’t have many. And the track record dor pitching development under Deggs is obvious at this point.
It’s baseball so anything can happen. But based on this schedule and everything I mentioned above, I think we’re lucky to win 30 games.
Not going to weigh in on W/L, but I can tell you with certainty, the pitching has improved under Coach Sandefur and the older guys we brought in are going to get after it on the bump. Hopefully we can make some positive strides this season.
Its not about the wins and losses but the friends made along the way.
That’s the Cajun way!
