What makes it worse for me is reading the hearsay that we’ll be focusing $$$ on football/mbb moving forward, with the diamond sports fending for themselves. So, performing poorly in FB is a double whammy.

We are giving money to the kid that has the most potential but is also failing at everything he does. So, instead of changing our approach, we just keep throwing money at a failing product because we are to stubborn to change our thought process.
Honestly, if we’re looking at the budget woes everyone is hinting/talking about, then football probably should go back to scheduling 2 money games a year, and use the excess revenue to try to help keep baseball respectable.

Should have scheduled 3 money games this year. Our record would be the same as it is today.
