Ragin’ Cajuns Softball signs South Carolina transfer pitcher Kaylee Grace Favors.
She made 13 appearances in the circle with three starts while posting a 4.12 ERA.
She’ll have three years of eligibility remaining
Is she good?
4.12 ERA, 17.0 IP, 24 Hits, 13 Runs, 10 Errors, 2 Home Runs, 15 Walks, and 15 Strikeouts. Make of that what you will, but to me those stats don’t seem too great. She has plenty of time to develop though.
Now tell me Coach is doing a good job, can’t keep our home girls and the other girls that were going to be starters next year.

This is very discouraging compared to baseball. Pas bon! At a minimum, this coaching staff and team need to win the Sunbelt and do well in a regional.
If the departures were going to be starters we will be looking for new coaches in May 27.

In my opinion we’re still missing that dominant pitcher that was a staple of this program.

Yeah after Texas lost 2 assistant coaches, they hired SELa coach to replace one of them. The Portal is open for a few more days for players to enter, those Lions’ players might have a few days extra, but there shouldn’t be many more entering. However we haven’t heard anything other than the hitting pitcher signing with us.
Mikki Watts was going to be a starter this coming season, and the others are/were major players that helped.
Heard it was a mutual Decision with Watts and she was dismissed. I don’t think she was going to be a starter.

None of those five was going to be starters. 2 of those five were cut from the team. The other three left because they were told they would see little to know action. That’s not me assuming. Those are facts.
