It looks as though Cory has secured enough donations to get the mascot costume created. What do y’all think about it? How quickly do you think we’ll see it at Cajun Field?
Al will make it midway through the first quarter before security tries to kick him out.

That is exactly what my thought as as well. Wonder if Cory has had any further discussions with admin now that funds are secured?
I think Cory’s plan is to walk around the tailgate with the suit. Which honestly is the best course of action. At least at first.

Best thing IMO would be for small kids to take pics with Al and blast them all over social media

As long as he goes in the gates with the mask off he should be fine. There is nothing in the stadium policy about masks or costumes. If he gets kicked out…we will know why.

That should be the 1st on the field skit. 
I don’t want to speak it into existence to much because if admin catches wind of us saying it’s no where in the policy….you know they will go in as quick as you can say “Allons” and add that rule in. But i’ll do it this one time. See Below. Says nothing nothing about costumes or masks.

There’s only one way to do this when it becomes official. Cayenne emerges at the end of the tunnel. Then hit the smoke. Cayenne disappears and Albineaux runs onto the field. As he comes out, the video board shows Cayenne, the Cajun Chicken, and Cajun man looking down and applauding.
We know Cayenne is still stuffed in a closet somewhere. Bring him out one last time for this.
I know it doesn’t specifically say it anywhere, but they can deny him entry for any reason, whether it not it’s written in the rules.
Best case scenario, they arrest him at the gate after a struggle for entry and it all gets captured by local media.

We all know the “rules” are enforced at the discretion of the yellow shirt at each gate. We all have stories. I was denied entry one time for trying to bring in a towel to dry my seat after a day of rain.
I’m wondering if Al showing up to games will inspire the school to do more one time mascot appearances like the Chicken at the basketball game a few years ago. Bring Cayenne out for homecoming or something. Are the people in charge the jealous kind?
I’m not 100% sold on the idea, but I applaud Cory’s determination to do what On Campus Marketing has refused to do.
The real question is will Al be entertaining? Just walking around taking pictures wont cut it.
