most of these guys will never learn, unless its the hard way.

Hope they’re passing their classes and on course to graduate, because right now Terrance Carter looks like the only one who will get to keep playing ball as a true professional.

For most of these kids, its not about more playing time. Its not about moving up a level to prove you can make it as a professional athlete. Its a 100% business decision.

Lets be honest. How many ever thought that Chriss would play in the NFL? He had the potential to be a very good QB at our school. Never NFL talent.

I do not blame any kid one bit if he wants to go make $200k or whatever at another school. Its how the world is today. I want kids on my team that love the game and have passion for the sport.

I think we see how well our WR payments are paying off right now. How much are we paying Dale Martin or Charles Robertson or Landon Strother? All I know is that they played their asses off this week when they had a shot on the field.

Dudes coming off the bench is the backbone of every team. Stepping up and contributing is how you build a culture.

A good AD would make a board in the Athletic Center where all the athletes go to at least once a week, showing what kind of stats transfers have done and where they have ended up. Just showing them how green the grass really is on the other side.

The grass is not always greener but the cash is.

Man what this team could be without NIL….

I’d love to see a comparison between NIL cash to transfer and 2nd year NIL cash.

Terrence Carter is currently the #1 graded PFF Tightend in all of college football.

Some of those guys might be paying the University for the opportunity. No idea if they are on scholarship. They may be.

And our brain trust barely used him :man_shrugging:t2:

Houston is playing Texas Tech. Four potential former UL players could be in this game.

Zeon playing the rest of the game with Weigman out

We dodged a bullet. He looks lost.

It was looking like the only way he was going to get significant playing time was if there was an injury.

To be fair our transfers in haven’t really done anything either
