I tried a bit of that recently and got little to no nibbles. Maybe I should have went a little harder.

No, once something is budgeted it can’t be spent on something else without legislative approval by passing another bill redirecting the money. If that happened, it would be all over the news. The Current would immediately post an article talking down on UL saying the legislature is proving a point by taking money from the stadium.

The current probably has no clue that this project is in the works . Other wise they’d be complaining already
