Wouldn’t surprise me if he plays 70 games and then pulls a hammy in whatever play-in game we manage to scrape into.
Honestly, though.. I’d be pretty excited for this season if I thought Willie Green would actually play the two new rookies. But I expect we’ll see some guy from the Washington Generals get a ton of minutes because they play “veteran defense”
Pelicans were stupid giving that cat a MAX contract.

They won their first game last night. Play Dallas tonight. Probably should enjoy that win. If they don’t beat an injured Dallas team tonight might be awhile before getting another win.
Made the trip last night since it’s the only game we could make. Pels look decent in spurts but can’t shoot. If they need to run an offensive set, they look lost. Completely outmatched against the Blazers with Queen & Bey out. They have the young talent, now they just need to find shooters.
Trey Murphy was also out for that game.
Correct. Queen & Bey would have brought that big monster out of the paint more. If Zion would get calls, he would average 45 points a game. Playing limited minutes is helping him but he needs to be on the floor more in the 4th.
