I would never want that to happen. But I find it difficult to pick a SINGLE remaining game on our schedule as of today that I’d put money on us winning. I hope they somehow manage to find a way to get this team turned around.
Going to say 3-9 right now.
The PLAYERS need to dig deep and take ownership in this season. They need to play for each other and play with a chip on their shoulders. This has been unacceptable on so many levels in the first 4 games.

Yeah was coming to post that about Sampson (who finally looked good) and also loosing gooch and george Jackson for the season. I really don’t know if we win 2 games

Don’t know what the final total would be. We have hope at the moment given the 4th quarter and OT of the Marshall game. If they learn to stop anyone, that may turn out to be a nice win as their Offense looks like it won’t be a problem.
Can Lunch be expected to show up like that every game?
Will we get some guys healthy?
Can we keep key players healthy?
What adjustments do the coaching staff make nearly halfway into the season?
JMU is a tall order. USM could be a win if we play well, but they are much improved. Troy on the road is a toss-up. SOAL on the road should be a win as they are struggling a lot. TXST has to beat us to ever make me believe they will beat us. stAte is struggling. ULM is playing well now, but they were playing well last year too then lost 6 straight.
I’m sticking with 5-7 until I see more reps from Lunch, and improvement from our defense.

I had us at 4-8 after EMU. If the team stays juiced with a healthy Lunch, I see 7-5 as the floor.
4-8 is still a reach.
3-9 is my new pick
