EMU hung with UK. Score doesn’t show it but total yards and time of possession were about equal. That may very well be a loss if we roll out this product next Saturday.

We may not win another game. It wouldn’t surprise me. I know Missouri is good but man that was bad. Really bad. I can tell you this much there are no guaranteed wins on our schedule. Not even Monroe. Not with this offense.

Not sure why we always fall the hype in this football program. They don’t live up to it. This isn’t a serious G6 or SBC program any more. I have a feeling we’ll just be going through the motions like ULM. Hell…we just as soon go back to scheduling two money games a year, and spend that cash on the Spring sports.
As for win total, I wasn’t buying the 10 win hype, but I thought we’d see 7-5 beating some subpar teams, and then losing another bowl game to finish 7-6. Now…I’m not sure I see more than maybe 2 more wins on the schedule.

The most frustrating thing is that we are a quarter of the way through the season and I haven’t enjoyed watching us play football at all after being excited all year for it. Even the mcneese win was not a fun watch, it has been horrible football to watch all year so far. Only play I have got any excitement for was the fumble return touchdown early yesterday which got called back. The rest has been as boring as it gets

Was just thinking the same thing. It feels like the trajectory of the program is stagnant. So much hype from the coaches this preseason and it’s been a train wreck so far.
