Looks like we travel to Houston twice. One trip we will likely stop to play UH on the way to San Marcos. Only other midweek road game is against McNeese.

  • Mardi Gras baseball vs Missouri State. That is always fun to navigate as a fan.
  • Kansas State in 2 mid-week games at home.
  • At DBU early March will be a good test to see where we are before starting conference.
  • Got some long road trips when conference starts. (JMU, Troy, stAte, App State)

Yeah this is solid, a lot of good D1 names! Hoping to visit my Grandparents in LC in March when I’m on Spring break. Would love to make the drive over to Lafayette and see them play around then, they have a bunch of home games at that time.

Don’t sleep on Missouri St and Stoney Brook. Historically good programs.

I have been to a few of the intrasquad games, team seems to have a good bit more pitching depth with some older transfer arms coming in. Its a small sample size, but definitley encouraging.

No they’re not, they both had a flash in the pan season long ago.

-Stony Brook has a new coach and their last winning season was 2022 (27-25). They really only had two great seasons 2011 (42-12) and 2012 (52-15). 40 Win Seasons: 2. Cajuns have a 5-1 overall record against them.

-Missouri State also has a new coach. Better history than Stony Brook. They’ve been a good MVC team with some 40 win seasons but not nationally. Last big year was 2017 Last regional was 2022. 40 Win Seasons: 12. Cajuns are 2-0 against them.
