First tailgate is less than 2 weeks away. @ProfromDover and @CajunNation are kind enough to let me invade their tailgate every year. My only big gripe is the tunes. Between the 2 hours of soccer talk radio and another 4 hours of this “Soft Rock Anthems” mix they made when they were at ULM together, things can get a little tame. I suggested adding a little heft to the selections last year and was met with a defiant, “this band is called SAVAGE GARDEN. How much heavier do you want to get?” from PfD.

So say you aren’t tailgating with a couple of sissies…what’s one song or a few that belong on every tailgate playlist?

Dude, we told you we’ll play some Tom Jones and Wayne Newton for you. But we are absolutely drawing the line at ABBA this year. You prancing around to Dancing Queen, frankly, it’s embarrassing.
