What if we created a student-only section—something like “Student to Student”?
It could be a space dedicated to campus life, where students can share and discover events happening around campus, like pep rallies, club meetings, and other activities. It would also be a great way for students to explore different clubs, get involved, and meet new people?

All it would take is to get one student involved to post things that are goong on around campus and promote where students can join chats about different topics!

Maybe this one person can apprach other clubs and organizations and they can promote it to there group etc.. either eay cant just create it and think people will flock

I think it will take some students promoting this for it to take off and help students get involved!

I don’t see a quote.

Now?

Yes I see it now.

Wanted to say again what many have said. Thank you to all involved! A modern forum is such a breath of fresh air. Its the little things for me that make the huge differnce.

The ease of replying, quoting, embedding links, pictures, etc, etc

Thank you!

Anyone else having an issues where cursor and buttons are off using app? Don’t know how else to explain it.

See where the cursor in the picture is. To click reply, I have to tap below “Reply”.

Tested using an iPhone and had no issues.

Android or IOS device?

Sorry, should have mentioned that. iPhone.

What is strange is that it does not happen all the time. Seems to be happening more lately.

Next question are you using the discourse app or a web browser on your phone? If web browser which one?

Using the app

Thinking it’s having something to do with the orientation. If I turn my phone to landscape and then go back to portrait, everything lines back up.

I’m researching on the Discourse forums, and it is a bug in iOS 26. According to this post iOS 26 bugs with fixed position elements in Discourse - Announcements - Discourse Meta Apple is aware of the bug and has an update, however it has to go through their process to push it out as an iOS update.
