Who we think gets the start tonight?

I want Will Taylor to get the start

My gut tells me that it’s Parker but I’m not sure. Regardless though, I am very interested tonight to see what some of the younger arms look like. Could be really valuable pieces come tournament play. I haven’t seen Flanagan in person yet so excited to see that. I also may be one of the few people that likes what they saw out of Wilson, now that’s from a stuff perspective. He needs to throw strikes but it’s a funky delivery with good arm slot, lot of movement, and good velo. Pap also needs to show he can consistently throw strikes. Do we see Taylor, Brooks, or a position player throw tonight (Mandino, Colt, etc…)?

My guess is Parker Smith as well. Also would think Flanagan is a possibility.

Just read Foote’s article in the Advocate, apparently Papenbrock is the expected starter tonight.

Let’s see if he can get that 13.5 era down

No problem with this. He’s been solid in two of three outings since the meltdown. If he can throw strikes he has all the makeup of long-relief/midweek starter. But I do want to see Will Taylor get the ball tonight at some point.

Lets Geaux Pappy!

I expect to see Wilson, Flanny and Taylor hopefully.

Smith if needed, he is going to be a huge part of the weekend bullpen. Was nails Sunday in a tough spot.

Oddly enough, kansas state starter last night had a 13.5 ERA.

Papenbrock doing pretty decent

Pappy has had a great outing thus far. We need to get him another run this AB.

Loving our pitching right now, but we have to be more productive on offense against midweek pitching.

Agreed. K state pitchers are good . We gonna have to small ball our way

Midweek pitching is usually a bunch of junk-ballers and we havent hit them in the entire Deggs tenure

Hell of a way to score. I ll take it

Lay down a f—king bunt!
