Well, getting mowed down at the plate. Again
2 of the better games at the plate this year and this bullpen completely pisses it away both games.
Tell me again why Lasalle is leading off? He shouldn’t be in the lineup much less leading off. Same with Markle. They are hitting .227 and .216 respectively and must be our strike out leaders.
We better have the best hitting performance of the year tomorrow because who the hell is gonna pitch?
It seems like every at bat Lasalle takes a first pitch strike – looking. Then on the flipside Markle constantly swings at the first pitch and gets a hit 1 out of every 7 or 8
yeah, that’s what it seems like. We have to have players on the bench that are better hitters. And if you really need Markle defensively at least bat him toward the middle back of the lineup. The goal of 1 and 2 in order is to get on base, not strike out multiple times every game. LaSalle is expendable. He doesnt really give you anything extra defensively that someone else couldnt give. I’m really starting to like Lim.
The freshman talent looks good, for sure.
Tomorrow is another must win . We have to win this series.
Lim isn’t scared at the plate
Rodriguez is heating up at the plate. I’d like to see something like Lim, Blaze, Lee at the top of the lineup.
I wouldn’t be upset with that at all.
