Bob Marlin started his 1st season at UL with a 4-14 record while already having been a head coach previously. He made up so many excuses throughout his tenure. Coach Q is a first time head coach and yes the team is struggling but heās not making any excuses. He knows his team needs to perform better. He has a good bit of injuries on the team but I havenāt heard him once say that injuries are the reason they are losing. I will take him over Marlin

He has actually hinted at it multiple times. Iāll give him a pass this year, but if this the offense he is going to ārunā every year, we will never be better than 500. He has a lot to fix when it comes to his scheme. I get this is a big step up, but he will never have the athletes he had at Houston so he will have to adjust his style. I am by no means a Marlin guy, but that season he started 4-14, what did he do to finish that year? This team has no chance at mounting multiple wins together. Quite frankly, I would be surprised if they win another conference game. Just goes to show how awful ULM is.
