There is talk that Hernandez is trying to gain another year of eligibility. Could that have had an influence on Galt entering portal? I don’t know what Hernandez is basing his request for another year. I don’t think he played JUCO.
He was previously at an NAIA school, so I would think he is going to use the same argument that a former JUCO player would use.

Getting Rigo back for next year would be awesome.
As for Gault, he had some moments, and his bat seemed to improved during the season, but watching him play…I don’t know. Seemed at least from my unprofessional perspective, there was a lack of real hustle at times. Maybe just me viewing things wrong. Just wasn’t like watching Mandino or Lim grinding it out.
