So if I’m reading correctly If Maggard were releived of his duties his buyout would be around $560k after December?

Well if we are stuck with him hopefully he’ll at least get an offensive coordinator. never seen a coach that can change an outcome of a game on one play, which this has happened quite a few times with him at the helm .

Not sure how true, but supposedly Napier was told to hire an OC and give up play calling and his leash would be longer and he refused. I think the same conversation should be had with Mike and he looks at what happened with Billy and makes the right decision.

Literally no one would have offered either Marlin or Dez a 100k contract. Yet Maggard gives them deals like everyone is knocking down the door .

Jeff is the reason why the east side renovation will occur. So the buyout will be on us.

The stadium is one of the reasons I’m for firing Des now. The longer he is here, the more momentum you lose from new stadium.

I just don’t see it getting done on optics alone. I know its budget for structural improvements . while you are cutting 200 jobs from the university and need a new Engineering building.
