News today that they are now adding a DT Zxavian Harris former Saint to their roster.
The Big Ten is set to pass a rule Tuesday that doesn’t allow players to return from the NFL and play for one of its school, sources told ESPN’s Pete Thamel.
Any player who has declared for the NFL draft and did not withdraw, appeared on an NFL roster or signed a contract with a pro league cannot be on a Big Ten roster, sources told Thamel.

The SEC or the Big10 cant stop it. Its the NCAA’s fault for not including these players in the 5 for 5. This is a one time deal.
Just like in the Texas tech situation, universities should not play those schools accepting former nfl players
If seniors from UL didnt make a roster and wanted to come back to UL, we would take them in a second! This is a one time deal that left out seniors in the 5 for 5. We are currently waiting on word to take Amadee back in baseball. Lets not be hypocritical.

LSU is just adding on to their reputation as the villains of college football and with Kiffen there it will just get worse.

So, everybody here doesnt want Amadee back?
If you want my honest opinion, the answer would be “No” or “Not really”. Guess its more of a “I really dont care” mindset I have with him. I think we potentially upgraded in the offseason. His glove at 1st is the only thing that would be a positive in my opinion.
Maybe he was the leader in the clubhouse last year. We have 30+ others in that same clubhouse. Someone else needs to step up.
All of these covid rules, red shirt, grey shirt, tie-die shirt, and whatever the next extra year rule is are all out of control. Now, you can go test the waters in “pro” sports and come back to college.
These “kids” are adults. They need to make adult decisions and live with it. Sad state of affairs in the world today when the adults making the rules are the ones causing all of this.
