Anything I Catch: The Handfishing Story discusses a forgotten part of our Cajun Culture. Not sure if anyone has seen it. It was produced in 1990 with help from USL.

I encourage everyone to watch it. The first time I watched it was when I was taking Louisiana Folklore in undergrad. I was surprised to see men from my hometown when they are cooking in the woods.
